The Customer’s Challenge:
We were approached by the customer to produce a test chamber from ½” Lexan Polycarbonate.
Universal Plastics’ Solution:
It was 4 feet in diameter by 5 feet high with glove rings and viewing ports and was a stiff challenge for our Engineering and Tooling Departments. The toughest part was the Helium pressure check requirement (test underway in picture) which it passed on our first try. The test chamber was also drape formed by Universal Plastics.
