HIGH GLOSS & TEXTURED PAINT SERVICES. IN-HOUSE EXPERTISE, FULL CONTROL.

Universal Plastics offers class A automotive quality high gloss painting services, with several state-of-the-art paint booths (including two high gloss paint booths and an automated paint line) capable of handling part sizes up to 11’x11’x3′.

With our heated nitrogen paint booth, each coat is heated which insures 50% faster drying times on each coat, allowing for faster cycle times which will improve cost. This is done without altering the properties of the paint. Sags, runs, drips and orange peel become a thing of the past. This process ensures consistent results on each part. For textured painting, we have solvent and aqueous paints.

Our painting service can match colors exactly to your specifications and will provide your products with the highest quality finish. Universal Plastics’ in-house painting facility can provide any color or finish clients require – including EMI/RFI shielding and water-borne paint. Our in-house finishing means that we assume responsibility for products from design to finish. Universal Plastics also offers screen-printing (even on textured surfaces), and PAD-printing as well as hot-stamping in single or multiple colors.

We pride ourselves on our ability to offer unbiased, process-agnostic advice and multiple production processes for high mix / low volumes, low mix / high volumes and the breadth in between.
